January is often a time we reflect on our lives and think about making changes.
Those resolutions that more often than not don't come to fruition!!!!!!
I'm still on the journey of planning my talk!!! but will look at why change can be challenging and how we can embrace the process, relating this to my work in addiction services.
Hopefully food for thought or renewed zest for 2017.
