Starters
(A) Sweet potato and watercress soup with home made foccacia.
(B) Blue pig black pudding and ham hock terrine with piccalilli and toasted sour dough.
(C) Bubble and squeak cake with poached free range egg.
Main Course
(A) 12 hour rosemary and red wine braised brisket of beef with horseradish dauphinoise potatoes and braised red cabbage.
(B) Thyme and lemon brined salmon, pan roasted and served with butter braised new potatoes and wilted spring greens.
(C) Golden beetroot, goats cheese and wild garlic baked cheesecake with oven dried tomato, olive and spinach salad.
Desserts
(A) Dark chocolate pot with ginger melting moments.
(B) Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
(C) Yorkshire rhubarb “mess” with chantilly cream and crisp merringue.
