The Tea Ladies of Bewcastle would like to thank everyone for their generosity at My Birthday Party on June 13th.The amount raised was £200. This has enabled them to go for match funding which will be sufficient to rebuild the stone wall and start the project, which includes restoring an old barn to be used as a Reiver Visitor Centre amongst other things. They have said if we’d like to do another walk next year they will provide another tea.
